Aerial Delivery Solutions LLC is a privately held company in Kissimmee, FL and is a single location business. Established in 2009 by Frank Deazley and Scott Hilton, both highly experienced in airdrop design and component manufacturing. They set out to explore and develop new systems and methods for aerial delivery solutions.

Meet the team
Scott and Frank are not newcomers when it comes to developing deployment systems. Below is a little bit of information about our founders.
Scott Hilton
Vice President
Co-Founder of Aerial Delivery Solutions, Scott has worked on the design and implementation of several airborne systems. Scott also has secret clearances with the Federal Government.
Frank Deazley
Vice President
Parachute system design and consulting, Head of the R&D department in the development of parachute systems.
